As an Junior Acquisition Sales Manager. The primary goal is to attract new clients (NTB) for the bank's Current Account and Savings Account products through external individual efforts. These clients can come from various sources such as individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, and corporates.
To achieve the goal to attract new clients, the focus will be on revenue generation, customer acquisition, customer retention, and cost efficiency while ensuring adherence to products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
To deepen the relationship values with newly acquired customers, they will be hand-held for the initial three-month period before being passed on to the Branch Banking team. Additionally, maintaining the Average Quarterly Balance will be crucial.
Regular promotional and customer events will be conducted to generate leads and foster customer engagement. There will also be a focus on cross-selling Mutual Funds, Gold, Insurance, and other asset products to existing and new clients.
Overall, the emphasis is on acquiring and retaining new customers while maximizing revenue and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Fresher or Graduate with appropriate experience (at least 1 year experience in liabilities sales preferred)
