Internal Audit Section Head
Job DescriptionAs an Internal Audit - Section Head, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the organization's factory operations comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will lead a team of internal auditors and oversee internal audits of factory operations to ensure that the company's assets are protected, risks are mitigated, and internal controls are effective.
Key ResponsibilitesOne of your primary responsibilities will be to prepare a yearly Audit Business Plan and achieve KPI deliverables. You will need to work closely with other departments to ensure that audit plans are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. With this information, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive audit plan that covers all aspects of factory operations and meets the KPI deliverables set by management. To ensure quality and timely completion of audits, you will need to plan, organize, and drive audits. This will involve validating audit plans with detailed audit schedules and suggesting control activities to identify gaps in processes and suggest process enhancements. You will need to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that audit plans are executed efficiently and effectively. As a Section Head, you will be responsible for validating audit reports and providing valued-added countermeasures to address any identified risks or control weaknesses. You will need to have strong analytical skills to identify and address root causes of any issues that are identified during the audit process. This will require a deep understanding of the organization's operations and the ability to provide practical recommendations that can be implemented.
